Bull98 Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Usage Rules

1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to bull98. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Bull98 ("we", "Company", or "Platform") regarding your use of the bull98.pro website and all services offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the bull98 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, which are considered part of this agreement.

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with applicable law and applied together with all additional policies, guidelines and regulations available on our platform.

2 Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use bull98 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal gambling age in your local jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Are not located in any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling under local law.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Have never self-excluded from the bull98 platform or any related gambling platform.
• Registering for personal use only, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at bull98. Multiple account registrations by the same individual – even using different names, email addresses or information – are strictly prohibited and will result in all involved accounts being suspended or closed without any compensation.

KYC verification is mandatory to enable fund withdrawals. Bull98 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal request until the identity verification process is fully completed.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

Bull98 provides a variety of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian members, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, as well as Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.

3.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 10 for most payment methods.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• Bull98 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own separate charges.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your account within minutes upon confirmation from the payment provider.

3.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account in the member's name.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–15 minutes depending on the method selected, once account verification is complete.
• Bull98 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving withdrawal requests that exceed certain limits.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards

Bull98 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

• The standard wagering requirement is between 20x to 40x bonus value, unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games. Certain games may be excluded from wagering requirement contributions.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members and carry no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Only one bonus may be used at a time unless the promotional terms state otherwise.
• Bull98 reserves the right to withdraw any unused bonuses at any time without prior notice.

Any attempt to exploit the bonus system through opening multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or other fraudulent methods will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and wins, and possible permanent account closure.

5 Game and Betting Rules

All games offered at bull98 – including casino games, slots, fish shooting, bingo, and sports betting – have their own rules that members must adhere to.

• All game results are final once confirmed by the system. Any disputes arising from game outcomes will be reviewed based on server records, not client device records.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, bull98 will use server records to determine the last valid game state.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and your VIP membership tier.
• For sports betting, the odds displayed when a bet is placed are final, unless a clear technical error has occurred.
• Bull98 uses independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness across all casino and slot games.

Members acknowledge that online gaming involves an element of chance and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Any claims regarding game fairness will be investigated based on system logs and third-party audit records.

6 Prohibited Activities and Platform Misuse

The bull98 platform is for lawful personal entertainment only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or other technological means to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the system in table games or betting.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's information without their consent.
• Attempting to access another member's account or bull98's internal systems without authorisation.
• Spreading false information or unjustly damaging the reputation of bull98.

7 Privacy, Personal Data, and Security

Bull98 takes the protection of members' personal data seriously. The collection, processing, and storage of your data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

• All your personal data is processed in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and relevant privacy legislation.
• Your data is stored on servers protected with industry-standard encryption and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
• Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login information.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the bull98 support team immediately.

8 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The bull98 platform is provided "as-is" without any express or implied warranties. Bull98 is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity, including loss of wagered funds.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, third-party server issues, or force majeure events.
• Inaccurate information or odds caused by technical errors beyond our control.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform.

Bull98's total liability to any member shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

9 Account Closure and Disputes

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the bull98 support team. Any remaining balance will be returned following the verification process, provided no term violations are under investigation.

Bull98 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict the account of any member if:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred.
• There is suspicious or potentially illegal activity detected on the account.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Required by any relevant authority.

If you are dissatisfied with any decision made by bull98, you may submit a written complaint to our support team. We will investigate every complaint within 7 business days and provide a written response.

10 Terms Amendment and Applicable Law

Bull98 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, unless immediate changes are required for security or legal reasons.

Continued use of the bull98 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through voluntary negotiation first. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to arbitration or a court of appropriate jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
