Who We Are – The Story Behind Bull98
Bull98 started with a simple yet meaningful goal – to give Malaysian players an honest, secure and enjoyable online entertainment experience. Founded in 2018 by a group of individuals who understood the real needs of local players, bull98 has grown from a small platform into one of the most recognized names in Malaysia's online entertainment industry.
Over more than six years, we have never changed our original stance. Every decision we make, every new feature we add, and every service we improve – all start from the same question: does this benefit our players?
The answer to that question is what makes bull98 different. We don't look for shortcuts. We don't cut costs at the expense of security or user experience. We chose to build something truly lasting – and the result today is a community of over 500,000 active members who continue to trust us day after day.
Built from Real Malaysian Player Needs
The founders of bull98 are players themselves. They know exactly the frustration of a platform that promised quality but turned out to be slow during crucial matches, or when a withdrawal process that should take 24 hours actually takes days without any explanation. These negative experiences became the fuel to build something better.
Since day one, bull98 has prioritized speed and transparency in everything. Withdrawals are processed within the promised timeframe. If there's an issue, our support team – made up of Malaysians fluent in Malay and English – is ready to help 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Not just automated chatbots, but real people who understand what you're going through.
More Than Just a Gaming Platform
Many may see bull98 as just a place to play games or place bets. But to us, bull98 is more than that. It's a space where Malaysian players can relax, have fun, and sometimes take home wins that change their day.
We offer a wide variety of entertainment including sports betting with competitive odds for over 40 sports, live casino with professional hosts, action-packed slot and fish shooting games, bingo with daily jackpots, and much more. All of this is available on a single platform that can be easily accessed via phone or computer, without needing to download any additional apps.
Security and Fairness – Two Things That Cannot Be Compromised
Bull98 operates under a legitimate license and complies with international industry standards. Every financial transaction is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption – the same technology used by global banking institutions. Your personal data will never be shared with any third party without your permission.
In terms of game fairness, every game on bull98 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited by accredited independent bodies. This ensures every slot spin, every card drawn in table games, and every bingo number is truly random – no one can manipulate the results, including us.
Commitment to Responsible Gaming
As a responsible entertainment platform, bull98 takes excessive gaming seriously. We provide self-control tools such as daily deposit limits, betting limits, temporary self-cooling features, and even options to self-exclude permanently if needed. We believe entertainment should remain fun, and that means it needs to stay within the player's own control.
The bull98 team is also trained to identify signs of problem gambling and will provide appropriate assistance when needed. For us, true success isn't measured by the amount of deposits coming in, but by the satisfaction and well-being of our player community in the long run.
